"Support got it fixed quick"
I had an issue and reached out to tech support, and they were really helpful. I can’t remember if it was fixed the same day or the next morning, but either way it felt fast. Everything’s working now, so I’m happy with the help I got.

"Repair process took longer than expected"
My TV broke while it was still under warranty, so I sent it in for repair. It did eventually get fixed, but the whole process took way longer than I expected. I also felt like the instructions could’ve been a lot clearer from the start, because I wasn’t always sure what the next step was or when I’d hear back. I had to keep chasing for updates, which got frustrating. Glad it’s working again, but the repair experience itself wasn’t great.

"Good app support so far"
I was a little worried I’d get fooled by the promise of “smart TV” apps and then half of them wouldn’t work right, but my tcl TV has been solid so far. Netflix, YouTube, and Disney all load fine and run without much trouble. One smaller app was a bit laggy, which made me nervous at first, but it hasn’t been a big issue overall. So far, I’m happy with it.

"Streaming has been great on my TCL"
Netflix and YouTube both load really quickly, and I haven’t had any buffering issues so far. My sister came over and even noticed how smooth it was. I’m really happy with it overall.

"Warranty claim was actually smooth"
I went into the warranty claim expecting it to be a headache, but it ended up being easy. They got it fixed without much hassle, which was a nice surprise. I was ready to be annoyed, but nope, they handled it well.

"Honestly, this remote just works for me"
I’m a little biased because I really hate overcomplicated remotes, but this one has been great. The buttons are where I’d expect them to be, everything makes sense, and I don’t have to think twice when I use it every day

"Sound is actually better than I expected"
I bought the TCL TV mainly because the price was good, so I wasn’t expecting much from the sound. But, surprisingly, it’s solid. Voices come through clearly and I don’t feel like I’m constantly turning the volume way up just to hear what people are saying. The bass isn’t anything huge or theater-like, but for regular movies, shows, and YouTube, it’s been totally fine for me. I thought I’d probably need a soundbar right away, but so far I haven’t felt rushed to get one.

"Refund process was easier than expected"
I had to return a TCL product I bought from TCL because I accidentally ordered the wrong model. I figured it was going to be a bit of a hassle, but it ended up being straightforward.

The support team got back to me within a day and clearly explained what I needed to do. No confusing instructions, no unnecessary back-and-forth, and no weird pushback, which I really appreciated.

My refund came through a few days after they received the item back. It wasn’t instant, but it was totally reasonable. Overall, I’d definitely recommend TCL based on how smoothly they handled it

"Good value for the price"
I bought my TCL TV from TCL mostly because the price caught my eye. I kind of assumed it would be one of those “you get what you pay for” situations, but the setup was simple and the picture ended up looking a lot better than I expected for the cost.

Delivery went smoothly too, which is always what I hope for when ordering something big online. It’s not a flawless TV, and I figured there would be a couple little trade-offs at this price, but overall I’m really happy with what I got.

"Glad I didn’t miss out on this TV"
I bought this from tcl.com and the picture looks really nice. It’s super clear, and the colors are a big step up from my old TV. i would’ve been annoyed if I kept putting it off and stuck with what I had, because this is way better.

I had to get my tcl TV replaced, the whole thing was painless. It did take a little longer than I was hoping, but support kept checking in and letting me know what was going on, so I wasn’t left guessing. In the end, it all got taken care of

"Finally found the TV I wanted"
After striking out at a few other stores, I checked tcl.com and thankfully they actually had the size I wanted in stock. I don’t have the patience to click through a million pages just to find out something’s unavailable, so I appreciated that it was easy to see which models were ready to buy. The whole thing was straightforward, and I’d use the site again.

"TV showed up in good shape"
Shipping was quicker than I expected and the box looked totally fine when it arrived. No dents or anything weird, and the TV was packed up really well inside. Happy with how it all turned out

"Pretty solid smart TV so far"
I’ve had a couple of smart TVs before, and this one is good overall. The apps load quickly and the picture looks really nice. The only thing I’ve noticed is the remote can lag a bit sometimes, which is a little annoying, but not a dealbreaker for me.

"Updates have been mostly solid"
I got my TCL TV last year, and the software updates have been decent overall. The menus feel a little faster now, and the apps don’t seem to crash as much as they used to, which was one of those small things that used to bug me more than I realized. One update did take way longer than I expected, though, and it restarted twice, so I was just sitting there waiting and wondering if I should’ve made coffee or something. But yeah, overall it’s been fine, and I do appreciate that they’re still sending out fixes. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Tracking was clearer than I expected"
I ordered from tcl.com and wasn’t expecting much from the tracking, since some sites make you dig around or leave you guessing. But this was actually easy to follow. I got updates when it shipped, could see where the order was, and the delivery showed up around the time they said it would. Smooth overall, so no complaints from me...
